My only concern is that the pre-order bonuses are "while supplies last", and I don't think they'll last very long.
And yes, you can cancel a pre-order and get your money back. I did this with LoZ: TP at the Wii launch. I had it pre-ordered at a GameStop in New Orleans, but I was camping at a Best Buy in Baton Rouge, so I just picked up the game while I was there, and got my five bucks back from GameStop the next weekend.
