I have a Ultra LSP750 PSU and I haven't had any problems. Built my PC 7 months ago.

AMD FX-8320 8 Core @ 3.5ghz
16gb RAM Corsair Vengeance 1600 MHz
Visionstek Radeon HD 7950
Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 Mobo

Maybe I'll have problems later on but I have no qualms with Ultra. His PSU should be fine.

Yours is also not a low-end PC.
The Radeon 6670 has a max TDP of 66w.
The CPU has a max TDP of 65w.
Add a few watts for the drives, motherboard and memory...

Your PC on the other hand has a 125w CPU and a 200w Graphics card.
It's not even in the same league in regards to power consumption.

The Ultra PSU's are a gamble, much akin to Shaw and I certainly wouldn't trust it for over a decade like with a Corsair HX, I've seen to many PC's taken out by crap PSU's over the decades, even if it's just lots of ripple on the rails which will cause failure to mosfets and capacitors on a motherboard over time.

The PSU is *the* most important part of the PC, buy something of high quality and it will outlive your PC and even the next one.
