that's the entire point, she didn't get "physical" with him. she was no physical threat (she didn't hurt him nor showed any weapon) and there was a small distance between them. he was free to pepper spray her out of the way but instead he closed the distance and delivered a punch = free agression = jail for him

Except for the fact that she did get physical with him.  She physically grabbed him and forced his grip away from hers.

ANY kind of active physical (as in making contact) hinderance of a legal arrest is grounds for physical use of force.

Again, otherwise you'd just have people paid to gently physically restrain police officers at the scene of a crime.

You can't physically initiate contact with the police in an attempt to stop a just arrest.  That should be obvious.

fixed and: THAT IS OBVIOUS, I never said people can simply gently restrain police officers, you are the one saying that.

as I said many times, he could have used pepper spray or the gun. but he used agression without need and should be punished for it.

She was restraining him physically from doing his job.  So i'm not sure what your issue is here.

Outside that... gun are peperspray are you crazy?

Ok he pulls out his gun.  She keeps physically restraining him, or the woman that was being arrested begins to leave or run.

What's he supposed to do now?  Fucking shoot them?  Let them escape?

As for Pepperspray.  Many police forces actually authorize physical force and violence before peperspray because the effects of pepperspray are so varied.   It could have little to no effect or it could sent someone into huge fits and maybe even cause death if the person has a medical condition like Astma.

Often it's reserved for large crowds.
