Twilight Princess and Final Fantasy XIII are definitely up there.
I wasn't overly fond of The Last of Us (starts off amazingly, then it kept putting me to sleep), but I didn't have massive expectations out of it. BioShock: Infinite was a minor disappointment, the gameworld, story and characters were great, but they chose the wrong engine/"world" structure for that one.
