No they don't. They may pay attention to overall user base and use current sales to predict for future games but third parties don't give a rat's ass about attach rates.
Talk about a pyrrhic victory... Look guys, we had an attach rate of 50% with Game X!
... It's just a damn shame that the userbase is only 250,000. Shit, now I gotta find a new job.
