no more than an extra 20 in my opinion. oh, and both are getting the 'complete' version. the dlc is just extra content. it's not needed to complete the game 100%. it's episodic content, like the expansions on oblivion; it adds a good amount of gameplay, but is not needed at all to complete the game.
