A lot of them complaining about various things about the Xbox One. Not all of them, though. Not hardly.

Still, you are incorrect assuming they listen and react to anything people say on the Internet. They didn't react to what people had said, cause they don't care about it. They only reacted to the numbers of preorders they got, when they realised they were going to be obliterated even by the Wii U. And preorders come from customers.

That may have been the final straw, but they were listening and reacting to what people were saying. Official channels were responding DIRECTLY to those things through Twitter and interviews. And we all know how preorder numbers aren't a reliable projection of how well recieved a product is and how well it will sell.
