How is it an old excuse? Microsoft concurred with retailers and said that shortages would continue through February?
Given we haven't had the first week of March sales, I'd say the shortages are very current wouldn't you?
A GTAIV bundle wouldn't surprise me, as it really would help them 'own' the launch as they said.
