The best Low-Lag televisions are both made by Sony. The 55W800 and the 55W900 series were best.

However the W900 series is pretty expensive so you should probably reconsider the W800 which is in your budget. One of the best tv's of this year. A lot of options and features and a very good quality but still gamer friendly, even when having those different enhancement options on.
