Hmm, doubt its real...
Has anyone even asked for a larger Vita screen?
More ram is nice but will largely go unnoticed.
If they were to do a remodel I actually think it would be to incorporate R2/L2 buttons, internal memory and maybe a PSPGo slide up screen. that may compromise the 1:1 nature of the rear touch but virtually no games use it for precision gameplay. I have no doubt the biggesst selling point of the Vita a year from now will be streaming ps3 games, so it really could do with those extra buttons.
