Is Disney Infity what LBP3D and Project Spark should have been?

So now all the big 3 has a play, create, share game XD That is pretty cool.

Project Spark and Disney InFinity seems to be pretty similar. LBP will likely have 3D worlds on the ps4 as well.

LBP3D?  Did i miss some kind of news?
