N64 - Mario 64 and Wave Race
PS1 - Total Drivin (seriously amazing game at the time!)
PS2 - Klonoa 2
PS3 - Resistance
Xbox - Project Gotham Racing
Xbox 360 - Project Gotham Racing 3 and Perfect Dark Zero (until I played it...)
Wii - Wii Sport and Red Steel
Wii U - Pikmin 3 and Rayman Legends
DS - Super Mario 64 DS
3DS - Ridge Racer 3D
Vita - Gravity Rush and Uncharted.
There were other games too and I've not listed every system I've bought (NGPC/Wonderswan/3DO/Atari Systems etc) but these were the ones that really grabbed my attention on the systems.
