This is correct. Also, it's just spin, so the whole argument should be moot anyway. There are things that PR says that aggravate me, but "we have the best system!" strikes me as totally appropriate regardless of reality. In fact, if some PR guy said: "Our system is pretty good! Our games are almost as good as our competitors!" I'd suggest their immediate firing, whoever they worked for.
