Guess many people here don't know what customer service is. In my company most CS complaints get dealt with in a day or 2, at most a week if it requires fixing something. Sure our issues are less subjective but good customer relations means returning business and certainly means less articles like this in the public domain. If they dealt with it early, especially after the first time she went to the twitter CS then it probably wouldn't even be known about.
