I dont know.  If a guy told another guy the same thing and then he told the news about it,  good chance it could make the news.   Could be called something like "Verbal abuse  and threats on Xbox Live" with a bunch of comments similar to it. Just making sure it wasnt an edit because that is "not cool at all"

Regardless, no, places like Kotaku or Destructoid only run these stories if they can sensationalize them.  Other players have to wait all the time.  This should only be a story if the person in question had to wait way over the average, which is not mentioned.
