MS publically admittred to giving away Skype and Outlook details...there was no mention of "Xbox" in any sort. 360 kinect isn't monitored, and neither will the X1 kinect.

It clearly cant be fully turned off, otherwise you would be allowed to unplug it from the system and your not. Doesnt bother me anyway as i would not stand it on my tele so if i have to i will leave it plugged in but it will be on the floor down the back of the tele stand, where it cant be seen.
