Yea, I was wondering about that too. I think the poison is just a flavour for the kill unless Stefl was a role that meant he was going to die at the end of Day 1 anyway? (pretty sure that exists?)

Now that I think about, it could be that the poison mechanic kills at the end of the day in this format but since the day was skipped he immediately died
