Nintendo didn't make the copies, Gamestop did.

Well, anyway, even if they did, I'm pretty sure they couldn't have done so without Nintendo's cooperation.

They payed a different company to produce the games, forgot the name of it.  Nintendo hasn't commented on the situaion so still have to see what their gonna do.

I see. Is any of that confirmed or just guesswork? 'Cos if true, that doesn't sound very legal to me, at all. Nor would Nintendo then receive any money from those sales, which Nintendo won't let slide, I'd think.
