Yeah ok... It has a better controller layout, better screen, more comfortable grip, better speakers and makes Vita its bitch in terms of processing specs. It also drops stupid gimmicks like back touch pannel and offers emulator, OnLive PC and Android gaming on the go...and true PC gaming from home.
That's so not close to Vita and being spoon fed by Sony with select few titles each month.
I am not telling people to skip on Vita or 3DS. Get all consoles...its good for the economy. But all I know is that within 2 hours of owning the Shield, I had PC game streaming set up, many free or dirt cheap android games set up that are on par with 3DS and PS Vita games and a single emulator installed that plays PS1, n64, snes, nes, genesis, neo geo, all classic arcade games and many more... You wanna talk about value for your dollar?
