I didn't read the entire article, but I don't really think the 360 is past it's peak, but I think it's getting there. The 3rd year of a consoles life usually is the peak, and I don't really expect it to be much different for the 360. At the same time, I don't expect it's sales to increase much YOY simply because after so many big name, great games came out last year (Halo 3, ME, Bioshock, COD4, etc), I just don't see how this year could match up to it. And even if it does, I don't expect sales to be too much higher.
Also this "and arguably the best traditional controller of those available" I don't agree with. I'd take the PS3 controller over the 360 controller, the Wii controller over both, and the keyboard over all of them.
