Yeah, the end of ICO.
Also, though no one has played it, Suikoden 2. Without spoiling, there is an event half-way through that left me stunned. Like, in full denial, to the point that I went and found out that there is a secret way to change Fate and started the game completely over.
Oh, and Valkyria Chronicles. God damn. It took me like two days to go back and start playing again.
