Im going to have to say a tie between Super Mario 3D land and Fire Emblem. I've never played a fire Emblem game before but after playing Awakening I'm a fan of the series. I still go back to play 3D land from time to time, defiantly one of the best game out of the whole 3Ds library.
Wasn't really a fan of Gravity Rush or Golden Abyss but I heard great things about Persona, haven't played it yet though.
