Oh actually when I asked that, I thought there was a trophy requiring completion of hard, but actually just realised there isn't. I have read that enemies are more perceptive in harder difficulties though. Well, if there aren't difficulty trophies, I'm gonna just stick to easy for both playthroughs then~ =P
