The Wii may not have gotten strong third party support, but it had hugely desirable first party games, hence its library is very much the reason it sold.

it would have gotten the same 1st party support(mostly) no matter how it sold, so IMO i dont see the point it wanting it to sell better than the competitors or vice versa. Same thing Vita, it doesnt really matter if it does better than 3DS because the support most likely wont change. So im asking why would anyone really WANT it to do better?
