I never said they were obligated to print new copies, I said they don't listen to their fans which is obvious since nothing is stopping them from printing more copies and they still refuse to do so despite the outcry.

They brought Xenoblade over the pond  after the long outcry that was Operation Rainfall (they said that this wasn´t the reason, but that is obviously not 100% true), they gave you and all their fans the chance to buy it brand new for 50$, if the so called fans were unable to get a copy/support Xenoblade in a reasonable timeframe (the game was available for more than 2-3 months) it is their fault for not being a good fan (and no, the "money problem" argument really can´t be applied when a game is available for over 2 months)

Edit: I know that I may sound like a dick, but this blame shifting  seems really unfair to me !

2010 was when I got my PS3 so i was pretty much broke, when I did get cash I obviously wanted to buy a couple games for it and not just let it sit around.  I guess that means I lose the chance to ever play Xenoblade huh?  I mean dam the game wasn't even around for the holiday season.
