GTA V coming to PC is a known secret, and I doubt they will make the same mistake that was not launching RDR on PC.
It's even more likely after launching Max Payne 3 on PC too, and only a couple of weeks after the console versions.
(Off-Topic: That PC is a SilverStone's Fortress FT03, right?)
