Hmm well probably Sora no Otoshimono. It's practically all comedy, though of the ones listed it has zero actual nudity. It does the whole no nipples nudity thing. Highschool DxD is the next funniest one. The rest of them aren't so much in the way of comedies. Their more serious toned.
