You can seriously ask yourself this for virtually any question available. I'm still stunned they included a headset.

Included headset has always been something that MS has done (at least with the premium/elite version of each 360 system). I believe PS4 will mark the first time that Sony will have bundled a headset with their system. Nintendo is yet to do this.
I would have been surprised if MS did not include a headset.
