Or at a push, Tarsier/Double Eleven, the people who made the Vita LBP.  As far as I'm aware, SD have only made DLC for LBP.

I wouldn't want Media Molecule to make LBP 3, they need to spread their wings.  They are amazing and creative, making a 3rd title would not be a lot to show for their talent.  

For the most part, LBP just needs to be built on rather than rebuilt, it's a tool kit in a way.  


its already confirmed they are working on a new IP considering their last game (or DLC) was LBP2 that was released in waaay early 2011, and that they are a company based in the UK. you can bet your ass they will be present at gamescom this year!
