Which System is going to have a Better game line up the rest of this year?

All of them. But most likely PS4, 3DS, XBOXONE and Wii U.

 

XBox 360, PSVITA and PS3 will probally have more games coming out.

 

As for the DS, PSP and Wii, they just have minor third party games now.
