  • God forbid you have a den smaller than 300 square feet.
  • God forbid that den have furniture or bookshelves.
  • God forbid that den have a window.
  • God forbid your HDTV is smaller than 60 inches or you have to sit closer than fifteen feet.
  • God forbid someone want to do something else in the same room when you want to get your game on.
Even if the illustration is an egrigious exaggeration, this will work with a tiny minority of dens and entertainment centers. Remember how you had to move furniture for your Kinect or Wii? This is that times 20. It will be an impressive convention display where Microsoft can present it in a sterile environment they control, but no more. 

like most high end tech no need to move furniture these is designed to project on it not a flat wall (even though it's better).... and who the hell puts a TV in front of a window... not only is it the worst place to put it... but it is also a waste of light.... anyway blinds or curtains solves the issue...

and i don't know you but illumiroom or not some one walking in front of the screen while playing is a nuisance anyway...

my current dwelling is like 500sqare feet and my living room is big enough for the tech and over 250sf... beside big expensive cities a 300sf living room is rather small imo

but yeah it is not for everyone... like having a decent 5.1 or home theatre is not for everyone.... (god forbid you have neighbors lol)
