Activision: Take-Two didn't fulfill our acquisition requirements

I'm not expert on business mergers, but on the surface, Activisions reasoning seems fine too me. Buy out Take Two and your buying a company with a huge debt, unproven management and questionable profitability (and yes GTAIV will sell but Take Two is more than just one game).
