To be completely honest though, absolutely none of us care about achievements to any level. So at least for us, even if some massive fumble took place and they were all wiped, we simply wouldn't care, heh heh.

IMO, that's kinda messed up, because a lot of people see those things as their property.

Do you know something that I don't? Because every Xbox Live account has achievements that do not disappear when they go off the family plan. Everything stays the same for that account except that the account is not on the family plan anymore. Your achievements do not disappear, nothing does (unless they made a radical change in the last few days).

Umm, what I mean is that if you have an account with achievements, unless you pay to keep the profile going, you lose access to your profile until you renew. I think what I'm saying is pretty clear. Semantically, I can understanding a miscommunication, but it's pretty cut and dry.

Say for example, two brothers are on the family plan. They both play and have achievements. Now, they will either need to pay for two accounts to keep their profile and achievements, or lose access to one of them.
