interesting, I like how sony developed this into a camara interface, and it would be cool for gaming especially with the ps3 cell. However, there are few things I do not like about this idea.
[1] If this technology is to be released for the ps3 this gen then it would feel really rediculous using the ps3 controller with this head tracking. I just dont see myself using the traditional type controller when it could easily be a gun, surfboard, or other devices that is not traditional.
[2] If this technology is to be released next gen then I would be worried about nintendo or microsoft developing something 100% better than using headtracking for gaming. For instance, virtual reality, true 3d gaming, or etc...
Anyways, I think it is a great idea that sony is being innovative for a change, but I do not seriously see this working out for the ps3 with its current equipment.
