Aksys has been localizing some Visual Novels that were even more niche than anything 5pb. Also, if Xseed ends up localizing Senran Kagura Shinobi Versus, then anything is possible.
I admit that it would be the first time that something by 5pb gets officially and professionally translated. Their VN have massive amount of text.
