AFAIK Nintendo already launched a next gen console that does 4 of those 5 things and the one thing it doesn't do (headset) is honestly pretty irrelevant. As someone else said though, Sony is just keeping things status quo. It's not like they have some amazing vision for the industry. For all we know playing it this safe might not be the best move in the long run.
