^^ I think he was referring to the fact that MJ hasn't done anything good for the last 20 years. He peaked with Thriller and has gone downhill from there. Bad was good despite being over-produced, but everything he has done since has sounded like the wailings of an emotionally retarded drug addict. Which it is.
