Even though the game came late in the gen, Mass Effect was also published by Microsoft and look what happen, but I agree, I would just leave it as a hope.

The only reason Mass Effect went multiplatform is because EA bought Bioware and EA loves money that is why it went multiplatform.  DR3 will stay exclusive unless someone buys Capcom that is like EA.

To be fair Tecmo-Koei weaseled out of it as well. Ninja Gaiden 2 had a "Only XBox 360" logo on the cover and went to other systems.
