Some titles might go to PC, but it doesn't mean it lose the exclusivity from Xbox One.
It seems many people forget in some E3 conferences, MS announced games to PC. PC games is still part of MS's strategy. And MS would like to bring games to PC after certain period with game being exclusive on their console.
