Depends on what you personally dislike most.
For ArtofAngel, they have a special room reserved where he is forced to play every water level ever created in a video game, and then some.
For ioi, they have a room where sales data changes by the minute.
And akuma is already living in hell (it seems), so it wont change nothing.
my personal hell would have to include women, wine and tropical island as I absolutely hate all these (just trying....)
