In Judaism, we don't have heaven and hell (in most branches). We believe in returning to God, becoming one with the universe; some believe the evil don't return to God and spend eternity alone. Instead of God's warmth, you are infinitely alone and cold. So I would say cold (even though I no longer practice).
I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.
