They changed their advertising/marketing company in US. Since then a lot of good things happened (GOW:A ad on superbowl, Last of us ad on season finale of walking dead, among others), not counting viral marketing like "How to share games on ps4". That one was a huge success.

The game sharing video was actually just the idea of of a couple of employees, not their ad firm :)
