It won't be Ape Escape. Firstly, it has aged horrendously. Secondly, it's a PSOne title - has there ever been an HD version of a PSOne title? Thirdly, it's not considered a classic.
Dark Cloud is a better bet, but it still doesn't scream at you that it needs to be remade. So it's a little bit of a mystery, but I'd be happier with DC 1+2. Beautiful game.
And fyi, I ABSOLUTELY LOVED Ape Escape. Got it the same week as Silent Hill and went bananas over those two games.
