How much different do you think PS4/Xbox One would be if they had Intel chips inside?

The only difference they would make would be on the price of the systems, AMD processors have been clocked at nearly the same speeds as intel and other then the minor difference in clock speeds the only real difference is the the price and it is vastly different.
