Have to have sex with her from behind, worried about being seen with her. Sounds like, as you said, you're just a very shallow person. Be honest and tell her that. You're the one with the issue, not her. You saw what she looked like and still continued the relationship. Lying to her only makes you worse. Man up and tell her the truth. Hell, it could be the motivation she needs to change.
