1. Don't date her in the first place...even if you feel like you have an "obligation" to be with her. I've been in your shoes bro.
2. Tell her you just need to focus on yourself and you don't have the emotional time to be in a long term commitment
3. Say you wanna stay good friends...but just don't call her ever...when she calls..don't pick up. When she texts, ignore it.
4. After you've been apart for around 3 months, she'll let go and find someone else.
