Could Sony announce a $500 PS4+Vita bundle at Gamescom? What effect would it have on Vita?

Well it's a good way to sell Vita but for how long and Sony has to find a way to make a profit by somehow selling 2 machines in a bundle @ $500. It's a nice price for two but there's gotta be a catch, PS+ membership, i guess?

Tbh, Vita needs more games to sell and big developers aren't really trying.
