Well, I think PS3 was slightly behind X360 till 30th of June, 2013. Let us assume PS3 FY13 shipment is just 0.9million less than its FY12 figures that means 13.0million shipped in the last 12 months.
So 63.9+13.0+1.1 = 78.0million
Anyway, now we are in August. Based on the sell through figures in July, I think PS3 currently has slight lead over X360 worldwide in shipments.
