Thank you for the update.
I ended up having a smooth journey in finishing The Last of Us. Now I feel like I've spent more time being worried about glitches than enjoying the game.
Friendly note: When you receive the "Joel & Sarah" artifact (photo), the artifact count in the stats won't go up - but that's okay. I restarted that section 3 times before deciding to move on. Later, when I got the final artifact, the trophy popped to my relief.
