Someone help me name this PC strategy game! I found the game!

I've been trying to remember what this game was called for awhile. It's an insect game where you have different colored colonies. Red, blue, yellow, and I think green. And you spawn ladybugs, wasp, and other insects to go and attack other colonies. The game came out either the late 1990's, or the early 2000's.
